Some U-M schools/programs have emergency funds or other types of financial assistance available to help cover family emergencies. Ask your school’s administration for any information.
 
 
Financial Resources for Child Care:
   
  The U-M Work/Life Resource Center has information on: U-M Child Care Subsidy Program, U-M Tuition Grant Program, tax credits, Department of Human Services assistance, and Child Care Network Scholarships. In addition, they can assist students in finding affordable child care options.
   
U-M Work/Life Resource Center
   
  The U-M Child Care Subsidy Program, administered by the U-M Office of Financial Aid, provides funds to students with children to assist in meeting the cost of licensed child care. The criteria for eligibility are listed.
